In the airy Santa María de Dota, a small mountain town along the flank of the Cordillera de Talamanca range of Costa Rica, Granitos de Altura del Ortiz was produced by Joyce and Johana Calderón under the watchful eye of their father Omar Calderon

Omar and his four daughters have been growing coffee and processing it in their own micro mills for the last 20 years.

Farms processed at Granitos micro mill include Nery, Bisunga, Ortiz 1800, Ortiz 1900, Ortiz 2000, La Esperanza.
