Thieves Coffee New Year New Brew Giveaway

  1. Prize: The prize includes a 6 month 250g coffee gift subscription (valued at RRP $150 AUD). The subscription is available in the following customisations: espresso or filter beans, espresso or filter grounds, decaf beans or grounds.
  2. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
  3. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older and have purchased either a regular or gift subscription from Thieves Coffee in the month of January 2024. Every subscription purchase in January 2024 will count as an entry. This includes recurring active subscribers. 
  4. Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Thieves Coffee, located at 36-38 Kerr St, Fitzroy VIC 3065.
  5. Ineligibility: Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  6. Entry Period: The giveaway opens at 12:00 am on 1 January 2024 and closes at 12:00 am on 1 February 2024 AEST.
  7. Winner Selection: The giveaway will be drawn once a week in the month of January 2024 at the office of the promoter at 12:00 pm AEST on the following dates: 8, 15, 22, 29 January 2024. The winner will be notified by email.
  8. Personal Details: By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge that you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and provide your personal details to Thieves Coffee. The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, likeness, image and/or voice, including having photographs/film taken with the winning item, for use in any future promotional, marketing or publicity purpose, in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid to the entrant. As a condition of entry, you agree to receive future marketing materials and communications from Thieves Coffee.
  9. Legal Documentation: As a condition of accepting any prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  10. Contest Integrity: If a virus, bug, technical failure, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, affects the fairness and/or integrity of this contest, the sponsor reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend this contest. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the contest, we reserve the right to select a winner from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the contest.
  11. Governing Law: The law of the State of Victoria, Australia, will govern this contest.
