Surrounded by guava trees and grounded in years of experimentation, this lot reflects Forest Coffee’s push toward innovation and connection.

This is now the third year we’ve featured El Vergel on our menu, and it’s a relationship we’re incredibly excited to keep growing. Each season, the coffees continue to evolve in a way that feels thoughtful and progressive, deepening our connection not only to the cup, but to the people and place behind it.

The cup leans vibrant and expressive, with a layered fruit character that feels both lush and deliberate. There’s a sense of progression here — a profile built through curiosity, precision, and a willingness to evolve.
