Several roasters, one parcel
Buy coffee from as many roasters as you like in one Coffee Collection order and it ships together in one parcel. If your cart mixes categories (for example, coffee and a grinder), the shipping for each category applies.
When it ships
- One-off orders: roasted and dispatched within 3–5 business days, depending on each roaster's roasting schedule. Orders with coffee from several roasters may take a little longer to dispatch.
- Subscriptions: dispatched within 1–2 business days of your recurring order being created.
Delivery times
- Metro: 2–3 business days standard, 1–3 business days Express.
- Regional: 3–6 business days.
Carrier and tracking
We ship with Australia Post. Tracking links and delivery notifications are sent to the email address on your order, or on your account for subscriptions.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer service team. If you added Premium Package Protection to your order, we will replace the affected item from your order.
Changing your address
- Subscribers: update your address in your account before your next recurring order is created, or contact customer service at any time.
- Gift subscriptions: contact customer service to update the shipping address.
All address changes must be requested before the order is dispatched.
International
We ship to New Zealand, Asia, the United States and Canada, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Coffee subscriptions start from $12 per delivery to New Zealand and Asia, and from $24 per delivery to the United States and Canada. The final cost of international shipping may vary from the estimate; please contact customer service for details.
