Thieves Coffee 2026 July Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Three Thousand Thieves Pty Ltd (trading as 3000 Thieves / Thieves Coffee), ABN 98 165 708 823, located at 36-38 Kerr Street, Fitzroy, VIC 3065.
2. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

Age & Residency: This promotion is open only to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Qualifying Purchases: Entries are automatically generated via purchases made through the online store during the Entry Period. Every 250g of coffee purchased equals one (1) valid entry.

Subscription Entries: This includes recurring active subscribers whose subscription order is successfully processed during July 2026, as well as new regular or gift subscriptions processed during this month.

Exclusions: An existing recurring subscription or gift subscription order that has a scheduled delivery but carries a processed transaction value of zero Australian dollars ($0 AUD) during the month of July 2026 does not qualify for an entry.

Ineligibility: Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies or third parties professionally associated with this promotion are strictly ineligible to enter.
3. Promotional & Entry Period
The promotional period opens at 12:00 AM AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 July 2026. Any purchases processed outside of this window will not be eligible for entry.
4. Prize Pool Details
The total prize pool value is $4,000 AUD and consists of the following individual prizes distributed across the promotional period:

Fellow espresso Machine : One (1) Fellow Espresso Series 1 Coffee Machines (Valued at RRP $2689 AUD each). Units include standard retail packaging, accessories, and the standard manufacturer's factory warranty.

Fellow Opus Conical Burr Grinder: One (1) Fellow Opus Conical Burr Grinder (Valued at RRP $399 AUD each). Units include standard retail packaging, accessories, and the standard manufacturer's factory warranty.

Coffee Supply: Each Moccamaster winner will receive a 6-month supply of coffee (delivered as 250g of coffee per month for 6 months, valued at RRP $180 AUD total per winner).

Conditions: All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative store credits.
5. Winner Draw & Notification
Drawings will take place weekly at the Promoter’s head office at 12:00 PM AEST on the following rolling schedule:

Draw: 31 July 2026
Winners will be drawn randomly from the aggregate pool of eligible entries accumulated up to the date of the respective draw. Winners will be notified via the registered email address associated with their qualifying purchase within two (2) business days of the draw.
6. Personal Data & Marketing Consent

Privacy Acknowledgment: By participating in this competition, entrants provide their personal data to the Promoter. Data handling will be managed in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Publicity Rights: Winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, image, and/or voice (including any photographic or film documentation taken with the prize items) for future promotional, digital marketing, or publicity operations worldwide, without further notice or financial compensation.

Marketing Communications: It is a condition of entry that all participants consent to receive future marketing materials, newsletters, and digital communications from Thieves Coffee. Participants retain the right to opt-out at any time post-competition.
7. Documentation & Contest Integrity

Legal Releases: As a condition of accepting any prize tier, winners may be required to execute formal legal documentation at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, including but not limited to a liability release and indemnity form.

Interruption & Force Majeure: If a virus, software bug, system failure, catastrophic event, or any unexpected event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter compromises the integrity, security, or fairness of this contest, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign.

Remedying Interruption: If the competition is cancelled prior to the scheduled conclusion, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate outstanding prizes via a random draw from all valid, non-suspect entries received prior to the interrupting event.
8. Governing Law
This competition, its operations, and these explicit Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
