Thieves Coffee 10 year anniversary Giveaway
- Prize: The prize includes one of total four Moccamaster Select 1.25 Litre Coffee Machine (valued at RRP $535 AUD). The coffee machine is standard package and accessories that included in a standard retail unit including standard factory warranty. Prize also includes total of 12 units of $100 gift card vouchers issued by Thieves Coffee, as the value of the gift card is redeemable within online shop offered by thieves coffee, vaild for three years after the date of issues, other T&Cs please refer to the gift card product page for details.
- The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older and have purchased either a regular or new gift subscription from Thieves Coffee in the month of July 2024. Every 250g subscription purchase in July 2024 will count as an entry. This includes recurring active subscribers. As well as active subscribers during the month of July 2024 which a subscription order has been processed. A existing recurring gift subscription order that has a scheduled delivery or with value of zero Australian dollar during the month of July 2024 does not qualify during this campaign.
- Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Thieves Coffee, located at 36-38 Kerr St, Fitzroy VIC 3065.
- Ineligibility: Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- Entry Period: The giveaway opens at 12:00 am on 1 July 2024 and closes at 12:00 am on 1 August 2024 AEST.
- Winner Selection: The giveaway will be drawn once a week in the month of July 2024 at the office of the promoter at 12:00 pm AEST on the following dates: 8, 15, 22, 31 January 2024. The winner will be notified by email.
- Personal Details: By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge that you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and provide your personal details to Thieves Coffee. The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, likeness, image and/or voice, including having photographs/film taken with the winning item, for use in any future promotional, marketing or publicity purpose, in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid to the entrant. As a condition of entry, you agree to receive future marketing materials and communications from Thieves Coffee.
- Legal Documentation: As a condition of accepting any prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
- Contest Integrity: If a virus, bug, technical failure, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, affects the fairness and/or integrity of this contest, the sponsor reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend this contest. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the contest, we reserve the right to select a winner from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the contest.
- Governing Law: The law of the State of Victoria, Australia, will govern this contest.
