Coarse for cold brew or espresso for Bialetti? Skip, pause, change the quantity or type of coffee at anytime? We got you covered! Trusted by thousands of Aussies since 2014, we have made millions of mornings wonderful and exciting. We work with top roasters around the country, and curate the best coffee they can offer. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy.
How does it work?
Thieves Coffee strives to bring the diverse world of Australian specialty coffee to you in an accessible, convenient, and exciting manner. What sets us apart from other coffee subscription services is that every month we partner with a different Aussie specialty coffee roaster to be featured in our subscription box. We carefully curate a line-up of twelve roasters every year (one new roaster a month) to provide a discovery experience for those looking to explore the dynamic world of specialty coffee.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free Australia-wide for all coffee subscriptions and gift subscriptions. However, please note that this offer does not extend to one-off coffee purchases, international orders, store items, or machines.
How often will I get the coffee?
By default we sent out a new featured coffee every month. We can change the interval that works with you the best. Want it weekly, fortnightly etc? No worries! Our customer service team is here with recommendations and great brewing tips, reach out by email hello@thieves.coffee or online chat. New roaster only change by calendar month, same coffee will be delivered if orders made within the same month.
When will my first box be dispatched?
The first box will be dispatched as soon as possible to the address used at checkout, featuring the current coffee selection. Subsequent boxes will be sent monthly, starting from the signup date. Shipping notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
How do I manage my subscription?
Click here to login to the portal, where you can manage your subscription. From the portal, you can pause or skip a month, upgrade your subscription, change your address, and update your billing details.
Can I choose a flavour profile that matches my palette?
Of course! Now we have up to 5 different coffee from the feature roaster, choose the coffee that fits your palette and profile you enjoy the most. Each month brings a delightful new variety of carefully selected specialty coffee, choose from featured espresso or filter coffee, Dark roast if you prefer something bold and roasty, Or something more uniqe from our reserve filter, not to forget the decaf too. One thing you can always anticipate is an eclectic and inspiring delivery of diverse flavours and experiences with every monthly delivery.

Love it. The coffee is always great, new and exciting every time without the worry of trialling a new roaster, because you know they're good if they're chosen. I'm obsessed with the April selections. The espresso and filter options are somewhat meaningless because they're both close to perfect as either espresso or filter. The articles are good too, always nice to read a bit about the people that worked to bring the beans to you.
March 2026 and it’s coffee from Ethiopia for the filter subscription. I am fond of fruity coffee but this one was full of surprises. Nice hint of mandarin but not sour. The beans let off a ripe fruity smell which was also interesting. Let’s see what next month brings.

We love our Thieves subscription! We recently moved to Australia and have been on a journey to find our new coffee supplier. This subscription has been a great way to get introduced to and try different roasters across the region. It's all great coffee but one particular month was out-of-this-world and from a roaster in our area that we otherwise hadn't heard of so, totally delivering on our goal of finding our local coffee supplier. We started with a 6-month subscription and planned to stop once we figured out what we liked but because the experience has been so great, we're pretty keen to keep going. Love that each month comes with a beautiful poster that includes all kinds of details about the roaster and coffee selection. And this company's customer service is top notch - we had a package mis-delivered by AusPost to another address and, while not their fault, Thieves was super friendly and responsive, and immediately replaced it. Really recommend them!
The delivery was quick, and great quality beans! I had a little trouble dialling in the beans for my espresso machine as the roast was a little different than my previous go-to coffee, but once dialled in, its been excellent quality coffee.

I started a subscription with a competitor last month, and after my first underwhelming delivery quickly cancelled..opening the box to find ‘just’ the beans is not what I was after, Thieves and the added extras is! Beans, badges, stickers, poster etc..what a warm welcome! Prices are on par, but if you want a coffee subscription with a little extra..this is the one for you! You won’t be disappointed, 100%

Been doing the subscription for nearly 1 year now and it has been a blast. Every month the surprise of a new blend of coffee arriving, the anticipation of dialing in my espresso machine to then have a great tasting experience has been well worth it. I love sitting back and reading the background posters while enjoying the first cup of the month. It certainly has broadened my coffee knowledge and taste preferences. Well worth it for coffee lovers! Other coffee subscriptions I have trialed quickly started rotating the same blends however Thieves has been different each month.

Love!! This was a gift for my partner birthday, he loved it (we both huge coffee people) so it’s the perfect gift, one month has arrived so far and we off to an awesome start! I picked beans and filter coffee as we like to grind our own depending what we using, this months went awesome in the mochamaster and nicely in the aero press too. We keeping it in an air tight jar too lock in that freshness and enjoy it a bit longer as we tend to go between coffee in a month. So far very happy and we probably keep it going Beyond the 3 month gift 🤩

I’m 4 months in and absolutely loving my thieves coffee subscription! I’m usually a creature of habit buying the same coffee beans so it’s been exciting and fun to try and support new roasters each month. Highly recommend as a present or just treat yourself.
Had this subscription for 2-3 years, began when I lived down in Melbourne and am continuing it in Brisbane now because it's been so fun! Love being able to try new coffees- we usually make an afternoon of playing with the coffee machine and taste testing to get it perfect. Nearly always get a great coffee, although lately there's been some particularly fruity flavours which I don't really like. Great price and great experience overall
